Painting in Millennium Tower

We are painting in Millennium Tower!  For the past several months, we have had the pleasure of painting in Boston’s newest and most exclusive, high-rise condominiums.  Located near Downtown Crossing and the Financial District, Millennium Tower is Boston’s tallest residential building.  We are honored and excited to work on this landmark project.  At six hundred and eighty-five feet, the beautiful glass skyscraper houses more than four hundred and forty condominium units.

Gorgeous views at Millennium Tower

The Millennium Tower’s top five floors are the highest points of the city’s cosmopolitan skyline.  Families who live on these floors will have unparalleled views of bustling downtown Boston, not to mention the Fourth of July and New Year’s Eve fireworks.

At present, The Larkin Painting Company team is finalizing the painting details throughout all of the condominium units.  Families who are already moving into the building have asked us to do custom work in their new homes.  It is always fun for us to bring in some custom color for the new residents.  First, we get to create the blank canvas with neutral wall colors for the units.  Then we are able to help families express their personality and realize their vision for their homes with luxurious, custom colors.

Working at the Millennium Tower demands quick-thinking, efficiency, and mastery of our craft.  This project is a fast-paced work environment.  Each day on the job brings us new deadlines and challenges.  The Tower is an important and historic development project in our city.  This building is the first of its kind for Beantown in many ways.

Aside from its impressive, shimmering height which changes the skyline by its very existence, Millennium Tower boasts distinctive architectural features inside and out.  It offers a unique perspective to the city as Boston’s “first neighborhood in the clouds”.  We consider it an honor to be one of the select contractors chosen for this groundbreaking residential project.

Be well,

Bill
