A Recent Transformation
Recently, a client wanted to restyle several furniture pieces—a bed frame, headboard, footboard, and two nightstands. The original colors were vibrant, with nightstands in paprika red and a light aqua blue bed frame. Our goal was to transform these bold hues into a more modern, cohesive style.

Preparation and Deglossing: We began by deglossing each piece to remove the original finish, then lightly sanded the surfaces. This critical step ensures the paint adheres well and creates a lasting finish.

Bonding Primer Application: We applied two coats of bonding primer, sanding between each layer for a smooth, even base.

Spray Finish for a Perfect Sheen: Using our professional spray application technique, we applied Kem Aqua by Sherwin Williams in Ethan Allen Cirrus White, a fresh, neutral tone that brightened each piece. Spray application produces a flawless, glass-like finish free of brush marks, achieving a pristine look.
The result was a stunning set of pieces with a smooth, professional sheen, adding a refined, bright look to the client’s bedroom.
