Our Ceiling Repairs Renewed Our Clients’ Home

Our clients needed us to repair the damaged ceilings in their bathroom, living room, and primary bedroom. They also needed us to repair the crown molding in the primary bedroom. It is harrowing to discover water dripping from your ceilings. The damage isn’t just unsightly. If left unaddressed, harmful mold can creep into your home, not to mention the structural damage that can also occur. Ceiling repairs are necessary, but they don’t have to be painful.

We covered the walls and exposed areas so that they would be protected during the project. When we repaired their damaged ceilings, we cut out the water-damaged areas and replaced the sheetrock. After we ensured that the new sheetrock was a perfect fit, we taped and skimmed the repaired area. Then, we primed the new sheetrock. After the primer dried, the ceiling was ready to be painted.

After we finished repairing all of the ceilings, it was impossible to tell the existing ceiling from the replacement ceiling-which is always our goal. No one should be able to tell the difference or see that a part of the ceiling had been damaged and replaced. The result of the ceiling repair should be seamless and smooth.
