Co-Owner
Carol brings over thirty years of experience in residential and commercial development and management to the Larkin Painting community. She uses her expertise in project, property and asset management to ensure that each client has a rich, pleasant and seamless experience with Larkin Painting. Carol brings her energetic perspective and dedicated spirit of service to Larkin Painting Company.
Bill Larkin
Founder
Bill founded the Larkin Painting Company over twenty years ago. He guided Larkin Painting to become the top-quality, well-regarded professional painting firm that it is today, earning a spotless reputation for customer service and exceptional results. Confident in the stewardship of the new owners Carol and Tom, Bill feels fortunate to have time for rest and travel, along with opportunities to pursue his passion for global spirituality and social justice. He continues to be a part of Larkin painting as an advisor, consultant, and a “Best Friend” of the company.
Tom Fitzpatrick
Co-Owner
Tom has over thirty-five years of commercial development and management experience. He spent twenty-five of those years with The Rouse Company. Most recently he was president of a mid-Atlantic REIT. His experience in building and developing commercial projects has integrated seamlessly to a transition into the residential painting business. Tom has many years of sales experience and enjoys meeting and helping new and old customers with all their painting and wallpaper needs.
