Meet Colleen, Larkin Painting Company Officer Manger!

We are happy to announce the newest member of the Larkin Painting Company team-Colleen Riley. She is the first voice you will hear when you call our office. Colleen knows Natick and the Boston area like the back of her hand. We’ll let her introduce herself from here.

Hi, my name is Colleen. Before coming to Larkin Painting, I was a bookkeeper and office manager for a hotel. I have also worked the front desk of a busy company, handled accounts receivable and payroll. I am looking forward to using my skills and talents as part of the Larkin Painting team. When I am not working, I enjoy going to the beach, hiking in the woods, walking dogs (I would like to get my own dog eventually.), and cycling. I have completed a century ride. I cycled one hundred miles in about eight hours. I was overjoyed when I  achieved that goal. Soon, I hope to ride even farther for charity.  I am quite eager to get scuba certified so that I can really see the ocean. I would like to take an annual trip to different oceans around the globe. It will be interesting and fun to see what different ocean life is like. When I need to take a break from all of the physical activity, I relax by watching football, walking dogs, and hanging out with my friends and family.

I work hard and play hard. What I love about my job and skill set is that I am the glue for a company. I like making sure that everything on the back end is being done correctly. Even though I am not on the job site painting, I am contributing by ensuring that payroll, paperwork and billing are done correctly. My work is very important for a company to succeed. Even though I work very hard, I also believe that it is very important to always make time for family and friends. I take time to smell the roses. You can have your best life when you are happy in what you do and who you surround yourself with. My values are also the key to my success. I make time for myself and time to review my goals to see if I am on track or if anything has changed or needs to be adjusted.
