Exterior Love

Our client needed to have the exteriors of six condominium units cleaned and painted. We started by power washing the siding, trim, and porch areas. We painted the exterior siding with Benjamin Moore Regal Select Exterior High Build. For the paint finishes, we applied a low luster sheen on the siding and a soft gloss on the trim.

The porch areas contained a lot of nooks and crannies that required cleaning. We washed the railings, spindles, fascia boards, and columns. We prepped these areas and applied fresh coats of paint to them. The client kept the soft yellow color for the siding, but we livened up the yellow hue for them. We mixed a richer version of the original red color that our client chose for the doors. The color combination is inviting and classic.
